Some housekeeping issues for you all on this lovely Friday. This coming Monday, the 17th, we’ll be changing from HealthEngine, to Automed for online bookings. This really won’t matter to you if you book via our website, as you’ll be automatically redirected to the booking site, however, if you’ve been booking via the HealthEngine app, this will be phased out, beginning Monday. So now what? If apps are your thing, download the AMS Connect mobile app from the App Store or Google Play Store.Once downloaded:• Search for ROWVILLE HEALTH• Click Select and proceed to enter your Date of Birth, First Name, Last Name and Mobile Number• Remember to tick the Terms and Conditions, If the data you you’ve entered matches what we have on file, you will be sent a Pin Code as an extra security measure. You will be able add additional family members, with each requiring their details to match the data in our records and a Pin Code which will be sent to the matching mobile number.If the data doesn't match, you'll be prompted to check the details you have entered.If you are unable to proceed, please give us a call, as we may have to update your recorded details. It sounds complicated, but it really isn’t. If you get stuck, please just give us a call.
