Telehealth consultations with GP’s have been extended, however due to a reduction in government support, our telehealth fee structure will change.
As of 01/10/2020, our out of pocket fee will now apply for all consultations, including telehealth. Children 15 years and under will continue to be bulkbilled for all consultations, between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.
Pensioners and HCC holders will continue to be bulkbilled for all consultations, including telehealth, between 12pm and 3pm, Monday to Friday, with participating bulkbilling doctors (please refer to our billing policy).
Patients are eligible for Medicare rebates for telehealth services if they have had a face-to-face consultation at Rowville Health within the last 12 months. This requirement does NOT apply for urgent after-hours service; people who are homeless; children under 12 months.
