Dr Sia Tan
Dr Sia Tan graduated from the Australian National University in 2013 and has gained extensive experience working across healthcare institutions in the Australian Capital Territory, Singapore, and Victoria. His diverse background has shaped a comprehensive and patient-centred approach to general practice.
Dr Tan has a strong clinical focus on skin cancer medicine, dermoscopy, and minor skin surgery, alongside chronic disease management and preventive medicine. He is committed to providing meticulous skin assessments and early intervention to help reduce the burden of skin cancer in Australia.
He has undertaken advanced training in skin cancer medicine, completing the Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Certificate in Dermoscopy with the Skin Cancer College Australasia, Fundamentals of Skin Cancer Diagnostics with the University of Queensland, and Advanced Skin Cancer Medicine training through HealthCert Education.
Dr Tan believes in a holistic and supportive approach to patient care, ensuring patients feel comfortable, informed, and actively involved in their healthcare decisions.
Outside of medicine, he enjoys travelling on road trips with his wife and their three boys.
