Dr Samudra Peiris
Dr Samudra Peiris arrived in Australia from Sri Lanka in 1994 on an Australian Government Academic Scholarship to study medicine. She graduated from the University of Sydney in 1999 and gained experience working in metropolitan and rural hospitals across New South Wales and Victoria before commencing general practice in 2007. Samudra achieved Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2009 and joined Rowville Health in 2010.
She enjoys all facets of general practice with particular interests in women’s and children’s health, chronic disease management, and preventative health.
Samudra lives with her husband and two daughters. Outside medicine, she enjoys travelling, reading, and gardening.

Billing Policy: Bulk billing appointments are available for pensioners and Health Care Card holders on weekdays between 12:00–3:00pm.
