Dr Cheten Mistry

BSc (Advanced), MBBS

Dr Cheten Mistry grew up in Sydney, where he completed a Bachelor of Science (Advanced) at The University of Sydney, followed by his medical degree (MBBS) at The University of Notre Dame. He gained extensive clinical experience at St George Hospital, one of Sydney’s major metropolitan hospitals, before relocating to Melbourne to pursue general practice.

During his GP training, Cheten was awarded the Victorian GP Registrar of the Year, recognising his dedication and excellence. He is passionate about providing holistic, patient-centred care, with special interests in cardiovascular medicine, weight management, diabetes, and men’s health. Cheten also contributes to medical education by teaching registrars in the GP training program.

Outside work, he enjoys exercising, playing golf, travelling, and spending quality time with his wife and two children.

Billing Policy: Bulk billing appointments are available for pensioners and Health Care Card holders on weekdays between 12:00–3:00pm.
