Aclasta
Home » Aclasta
Aclasta is a medication used to treat or prevent osteoporosis and other bone related conditions. It is a once yearly intravenous infusion delivering the medication directly into your blood stream for long lasting effects. By slowing bone breakdown, it strengthens bones and reduces fracture risks.
At Rowville Health, Aclasta infusions are administered in clinic for your convenience, with the procedure carried out by our experienced nursing team and overseen by your GP. The procedure takes approximately 30 minutes. Book an appointment with you GP to discuss your suitability. We are happy to take external referrals for Aclasta infusions.
